1. Eligible Services
The following services are covered by our refund policy:
- Web Hosting Plans: All shared and VPS hosting packages
- Domain Registrations: New domain registrations (within 72 hours)
- SSL Certificates: Certificate purchases (if not yet installed)
- Email Hosting: Professional email service plans
- Website Development: Custom development projects (before work begins)
All refunds are processed in the same currency and method as the original payment.
2. Refund Process
- Step 1 - Contact Us: Submit a refund request through our secure communication channels (Telegram, email, or support ticket).
- Step 2 - Verification: We'll verify your account and confirm eligibility (usually within 2 hours).
- Step 3 - Processing: Approved refunds are processed immediately and typically appear within 24-48 hours.
- Step 4 - Confirmation: You'll receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
3. Cryptocurrency Refunds
For payments made with cryptocurrency:
- Same Currency: Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment
- Current Rates: Refund amounts are calculated at current exchange rates
- Wallet Address: You must provide a valid wallet address for the refund
- Network Fees: Blockchain network fees are deducted from refund amounts
Processing time for crypto refunds is typically 2-6 hours depending on network congestion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Domain transfers and renewals
- SSL certificates that have been installed and activated
- Custom development work that has been completed
- Migration services that have been performed
- Third-party software licenses
- Services terminated due to policy violations
Setup fees are generally refundable within the 72-hour window.
5. Pro-rated Refunds
- Account Cancellation: If you cancel after the 72-hour period, we may offer pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- Service Downgrade: When downgrading services, the difference is credited to your account for future use.
- Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds if cancelled within 30 days.
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise:
- Service Issues: Extended outages may qualify for refunds or credits
- Technical Problems: Unresolvable technical issues may warrant exception refunds
- Medical/Emergency: Documented emergencies may qualify for compassionate refunds
- Legal Requirements: Refunds required by applicable law will be honored
