While we champion privacy and free expression, certain activities compromise the security and integrity of our services and are therefore prohibited to ensure a safe environment for all.
Zero Tolerance Violations
The following activities result in immediate account termination without warning or refund. No exceptions will be made for these violations.
1. Prohibited Content
The following content types are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon detection:
- Child Exploitation Material: Any content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.
- Human Trafficking: Content promoting or facilitating human trafficking.
- Terrorism: Content that promotes, supports, or facilitates terrorist activities.
- Violent Extremism: Content promoting violence against individuals or groups.
- Doxxing: Publishing private personal information without consent.
- Malware Distribution: Hosting or distributing malicious software.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted on our infrastructure:
- Network Attacks: DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network intrusion attempts.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Resource-intensive mining operations.
- Spam Operations: Mass unsolicited email or message distribution.
- Phishing: Fraudulent attempts to obtain sensitive information.
- Resource Abuse: Excessive usage that negatively affects other customers.
3. Legal Compliance
Customers must comply with laws applicable to both their location and our server jurisdictions. While we champion privacy, activities prohibited by international law are not permitted.
4. Enforcement Actions
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We aim to resolve issues through communication whenever possible, except in zero-tolerance cases.
