Our Philosophy: DMCA Ignored

LucianHost operates from and utilizes data centers in offshore jurisdictions that do not recognize the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As such, we are not legally bound by DMCA takedown requests, and it is our official policy to ignore them.

1. What This Means for You

• No Takedowns: Your content will not be automatically removed or suspended due to a DMCA notice.
• Service Stability: Your website or application will remain online, ensuring operational continuity.
• Freedom to Operate: You can host legitimate media content without the constant threat of arbitrary takedowns.

2. Exceptions to the Policy

While we ignore DMCA requests, we do not permit activities that are illegal in our host jurisdictions. Our Acceptable Use Policy strictly prohibits Child Exploitation Material (CSAM), Terrorist Propaganda, and active Malware operations.

3. How We Handle Copyright Complaints

When we receive a copyright complaint that references the DMCA, the notice is filed for our internal records, and no action is taken against your account or content. We do not forward these notices to you, as they require no action on your part.
