LucianHost operates from and utilizes data centers in offshore jurisdictions that do not recognize the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As such, we are not legally bound by DMCA takedown requests, and it is our official policy to ignore them.

This policy is a cornerstone of our commitment to providing a censorship-resistant platform for free speech and innovative projects that may be targeted by aggressive or unfounded copyright claims.

1. What This Means for You

• No Takedowns: Your content will not be automatically removed or suspended due to a DMCA notice.
• Service Stability: Your website or application will remain online, ensuring operational continuity for your business or project.
• Freedom to Operate: You can host legitimate content such as IPTV services, video-on-demand platforms, and other media without the constant threat of takedowns.

2. Our Legal Standing

Our infrastructure is strategically located in countries where local laws have precedence over foreign regulations like the DMCA. We fully comply with the legal frameworks of our host nations. While this provides immunity from DMCA complaints, it does not provide a license for illegal activities.

3. Exceptions to the Policy

While we ignore DMCA requests, we do not permit activities that are illegal in our host jurisdictions. Our Acceptable Use Policy strictly prohibits:

• Phishing, Malware, and Botnet Operations

We cooperate fully with legitimate law enforcement orders from the jurisdictions in which we operate regarding these universally prohibited activities.

4. How We Handle Copyright Complaints

When we receive a copyright complaint that references the DMCA, our procedure is simple:

1. The complaint is received by our legal department.
2. It is reviewed to confirm it is a DMCA-related notice.
3. The notice is filed for our internal records, and no action is taken against your account or content.

We will not forward these notices to you, as they require no action on your part.

5. A Note on Trademarks

Trademark disputes are handled differently from copyright claims and are subject to the laws of our operating jurisdictions. We assess legitimate trademark complaints on a case-by-case basis. We do not, however, entertain baseless claims intended to stifle competition or parody.
