LucianHost operates from and utilizes data centers in offshore jurisdictions that do not recognize the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As such, we are not legally bound by DMCA takedown requests, and it is our official policy to ignore them.

3. How We Handle Copyright Complaints

When we receive a copyright complaint that references the DMCA, the notice is filed for our internal records, and no action is taken against your account or content. We do not forward these notices to you, as they require no action on your part.
